Many people mistakenly believe they live in a geographic locale that
is too humid and hot for an evaporative cooler (also known as a “swamp cooler”) to be effective. But the laws of physics dictate that as temperatures rise, relative
humidity falls. In this case, evaporative coolers can be quite a bit more effective than spot
coolers, portable air conditioners or industrial fans alone, especially if you’re
interested in keeping large living or working spaces cool.
A review of weather data from hot weather regions shows that even in the most humid climates, midday relative humidity levels are well within the range where WayCool/Pro-Kool model
evaporative coolers can provide relief from the heat. Daytime humidity levels tend to begin in the 90% range during the morning hours when it tends to be cooler, but with 90°F
and above, it's almost impossible to have humidity levels above 70%.

PCM “melts” to a liquid state as it absorbs heat. This long lasting, temperature specific, phase change cooling effect will maintain temperatures ranging between 40°F/4°C up to
