These attractive SUNPAK "S" Series of Gas Infrared Heaters will increase the use and enjoyment of your outdoor dining areas. The streamlined design and stainless steel look blends in well with most any decor. SUNPAK patio heaters easily mount on outdoor walls, under ceilings and awnings.

SUNPAK is A.G.A. design-certified as an unvented infrared heater for outdoor or indoor installation. All units are equipped with spark ignition and 100% shutoff for safety, economy, and convenience.

SUNPAK's aluminized steel enclosure and aluminum face grille provides resistance to wind and rain. A slim body and 0-30 degree angle mounting option on most models, gives SUNPAK patio heaters the versatility to fit easily into a wide variety of patio situations.

SUNPAK's radiant sunshine warms people with quiet, gentle heat. Radiant heat warms people and objects (like chairs and tables) rather than the air.

SUNPAK patio heaters are simple to operate, inexpensive to use and easy to maintain.

Two basic SUNPAK models are available.  The model S25, with an input rating of 25,000 BTUH, is suitable for patios with a medium ceiling height.  The model S34, with an input rating of 34,000 BTUH, will cover a slightly larger area, but requires a higher ceiling.  In a moderate climate, SUNPAK can be expected to raise the outdoor comfort level up 10 degrees.  The S25 heater typically covers a 10 foot x 10 foot area.  The S34 heater covers approximately a 12 foot x 12 foot area.  Coverage will vary with ambient temperature, wind chill, mounting height and tilt angle of the heaters.

SUNPAK's aluminized or stainless steel enclosure, together with the aluminum face grill, provides resistance to wind and rain.  SUNPAK's slim body design (8 x 8 x 48 inches) and 0 to 30 degree angle mounting option on most models, gives SUNPAK the versatility to fit easily into a wide variety of patio situations.  An optional mounting kit (part no. 12006-#) is available.

The A244 Hanging Patio Heater is great when you don’t want to take up valuable floor space and you have high enough ceiling to accommodate the unit. Since the overall height of the heater is 41”, at least a 10 to 12 foot ceiling height would be required for installation. The "EN" Model is equipped with Electric Ignition and 24 volt transformer. Once connected to a switchable electrical supply and natural gas, the unit can be powered on by a light switch, thermostat, timer, etc.). In windy conditions, if the burner flame blows out, the “EN” model automatically re-ignites the burner. With 50,000 BTU’s, you will get approximately 320 sq.ft. of heated area.

Modular Burner Design
The Fostoria modular burner, with ceramic tile, delivers high intensity radiant heating (approx. 1725° F) at the burner surface. The radiant source consists of a serrated ceramic surface with a minimum of 190 perforations per square inch. Flame is concentrated at the tile, increasing the surface temperature, and thus increasing radiant output, while offering greater resistance to drafts and wind. By utilizing individual venturis for each burner module, each heater achieves nearly 100% combustion efficiency. This reduces the amount of by-products left in the heated space. The modular burner design allows all heaters, 20,000 through 120,000 BTU, to operate at their designed capacity and rating.
