Alone or as part of a high quality misting system, these fans are indispensable for keeping large areas cool. We carry a number of mist cooling systems and components like the Misting Fan Retrofit Kits which allow you to place misting rings on your existing fans. Our inventory of mobile misting fans includes an exclusive selection of Aqua Breeze fans and misting systems. Aqua Breeze mobile high pressure misting systems are comprised of uniquely integrated components that capitalize on flash evaporative cooling. Flash evaporative cooling takes advantage of atomization technology that produces ultra-fine water particles to lower the ambient temperature of an area without getting floors or the ground wet. Among mist cooling systems, the Aqua Breeze mobile cooling system can move 6000 cubic feet of air per minute and can cool up to over 3800 square feet all while reducing the ambient temperature to as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
We also carry a number of systems equipped with Schaefer Industrial
Fans. For personal cooling and heating, try our high quality personal heating and cooling devices. The deluxe cooling vests we carry are available in flame retardant material and draw on phase change technology. Phase change materials (PCM) release long-lasting, temperature-specific phase change cooling energy that can be used in a variety of applications. To cool, PCM “melts” to a liquid state as it absorbs heat. It maintains temperatures ranging between 40°F/4°C up to 65°F/18°C. This technology is also employed in the ArctiCollar Cooling Neckwrap product we offer.

Aquality
Water Systems, Inc. has been producing innovative misting systems since
1993. These years of experience, attention to detail, and knowledge of
market needs has lead to the development to our new line of 12 Gallon
Folding Misting Fan Carts. The 12 Gallon High Pressure unit can cool ambient air
temperature in an area by as much as 30 degrees. Even in areas of higher
humidity, our system is able to cool without wetting. (See info on our
"Self Contained" 12 Volt Battery Operated Unit Below)
The
heavy duty 1000 PSI pump system has been designed with only the
highest quality components. They are also equipped with an industrial
grade booster pump and 5 Micron filtration to keeping nozzles virtually maintenance free.
With
the 12-gallon tank, you can expect up to 4 hours of refreshing mist
from a single fill making the fan extremely portable and versatile. Run time can be
increased by reducing the number of nozzles being used with nozzle
plugs. There is no need for a water supply though the fan is also
equipped with a garden hose connector so that it may be hooked to a
constant water supply for continuous operation. Simply fill the tank
with water (or connect to a garden hose), plug it into a standard 120
Volt outlet and sweltering temperatures will fade away with the flip of
a switch!
The
HP Folding Mist Fan Cart is available with either a Single Speed
20" High Velocity Industrial Fan (6,000 CFM) which is able to
deliver cool air up to 50 feet away or if a wider area of cooling is
necessary, a Two-Speed 24" Oscillating Industrial Fan is available
that covers about 25' out from the unit in a 90 or 45 degree side to
side movement (5200/4440 CFM).
The
HP Folding Misting Fan Cart frame is
made of rugged heavy gauge powder coated steel and is equipped with over-sized
"flat-free" wheels and casters for ease of maneuverability
without concern for getting low or flat tires. The
unit's very small footprint size (32"L x 24"W) makes it very
easy to use in "space-limited' areas and to transport (fan fits
easily through a standard door frame or into small SUVs).

Aquality’s Port-A-Chill Portable Misting Fan
is an affordable means to give instant heat relief to any area.
With a 20 Gallon tank, the unit is truly portable... no need for a water tap or other connected water
supply! The fan is equipped with a garden hose connector so that it can
be hooked to a constant water supply for continuous operation if
available. Simply fill the tank with water, plug it into a standard 120
Volt outlet and sweltering temperatures can be reduced by as much as 30
degrees!
With a
24" High Velocity 8,600 CFM fan and equipped with an 800-1000 PSI Pump
for a fine "fog", the fan can reach areas
up to 60 feet away with cool refreshing air. The Port-A-Chill frame is
made of heavy gauge Stainless Steel tubing and comes standard with over-sized
pneumatic "flat free" wheels for easy movement over rough and uneven terrains. The

horizontal position.

market today, these industrial strength stainless steel cooling fans

The
AQUABREEZE mobile cooling system is a unique and

smaller) to a 6,000 CFM directed airflow, the unit can cool ambient air

Aquality High-Pressure "Do It Yourself" Fan Retrofit
Mist Cooling Systems
Aquality’s "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Mist Cooling
System atomizes ordinary water into super fine 10-micron droplets which
are flash evaporated by the surrounding hot air, causing an immediate
reduction in temperature to effectively cool any outdoor area. We can
produce this ultra-fine mist by utilizing a high-pressure pump module
which connects to your garden hose and a 110 VAC electrical outlet. It
pressurizes the water from 800-1000 PSI and forces it through an .008"
orifice in the nozzles. A misting ring is attached to the face of your
existing fan.
Standard features include: 5 Micron Water
Filtration, High Pressure Motor/Pump Combination, On/Off Switch, .008
Nozzles with Anti-Drip Check Valves.
Systems are available in
1,2,3,4, and 6 ring kits (Larger Systems Available by Quote).
Standard rings are 18" diameter.

No Wetting or Dripping, Easy to Install, uses “Push On” Fittings, no
tools required, installation in approximately 1 to 3 hours (depending on

The Aquality Nozzleless Portable
Misting Fan was designed for users who are looking for ease of us
combined with industrial strength. The unit features a "nozzle-less
misting hub" which utilizes centrifugal force to atomize the water.
This unit will not clog and requires no filtration system or nozzles.
The unit also includes a built in 5 gallon water reservoir which will
give between 3-4 hours of cooling. The pump has an auto shut-off when
tank is empty. Cools up to 1,000 square feet.
This enables users
to deploy the unit in a variety of settings including remote
environments. Other features include an oscillating fan head, variable
fan speeds, adjustable mist volume control and adjustable pitch design.

AQUALITY'S MOBILE MISTING TRAILER is a totally self-contained 4
fan misting system. It holds up to 250 gallons of water and is equipped
with a 6500 WATT Generator. The system can be operated for up to 7 hours
without refilling. Excellent for any outdoor event where water and
electric are not readily available.
