Our inventory of mobile misting fans includes an exclusive selection of Aqua Breeze fans and misting systems. Aqua Breeze mobile high pressure misting systems are comprised of uniquely integrated components that capitalize on flash evaporative cooling. Flash evaporative cooling takes advantage of atomization technology that produces ultra-fine water particles to lower the ambient temperature of an area without getting floors or the ground wet. Among mist cooling systems, the Aqua Breeze mobile cooling system can move 6000 cubic feet of air per minute and can cool up to over 3800 square feet all while reducing the ambient temperature to as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
We also carry a number of systems equipped with Schaefer and Patterson fans. For personal cooling and heating, try our high quality personal heating and cooling devices. The deluxe cooling vests we carry are available in flame retardant material and draw on phase change technology. Phase change materials (PCM) release long-lasting, temperature-specific phase change cooling energy that can be used in a variety of applications. To cool, PCM “melts” to a liquid state as it absorbs heat. It maintains temperatures ranging between 40°F/4°C up to 65°F/18°C. This technology is also employed in the ArctiCollar Cooling Neckwrap product we offer.

MOBILE 2 line of mobile misting fan systems in .5, 1.1, and
2.2 GPM sizes. That means that the MOBILE 2 is now able to run up to 12
satellite fans with proper pump configuration (see Aquabreeze Satellite
Misting Fans below). As one of the most advanced misting systems on the
market today, these industrial strength stainless steel cooling fans
will cool any work site or outdoor/sporting event at a fraction of the

The
AQUABREEZE mobile cooling system is a unique and
totally integrated product that utilizes flash evaporative cooling.

Aquality
Water Systems, Inc. has been producing unique misting systems since
1993. This experience has produced the
“HYDROBlast". By adding a super fine mist (10 Micron or
smaller) to a 6,000 CFM directed airflow, the unit can cool ambient air
temperature in an area by as much as 30 degrees. Even in areas of higher
humidity, our system is able to cool without wetting.
One
of the most impressive features of the HYDROBlast system is its ability
to deliver high pressure mist to up to two
additional HYDROBlast Satellite Fans (See Below) which are
attached by quick connects and a 25' high-pressure line to the main

Aquality’s Port-A-Mister portable misting unit is an easy
and affordable means to give instant heat relief to any area or event.
Truly portable... no need for a water tap or other connected water
supply!
With a
24" High Velocity 8,600 CFM fan and 800 PSI or 100 PSI pump the fan can reach areas
up to 60 feet away with cool refreshing air. The Port-A-Mister frame is
made of heavy gauge powder coated steel and is equipped with over-sized
pneumatic wheels for easy movement over rough and uneven terrains. The
unit can be transported easily by vehicle in either a standing or

Mist Cooling Systems
Aquality’s "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Mist Cooling
System atomizes ordinary water into super fine 10-micron droplets which
are flash evaporated by the surrounding hot air, causing an immediate
reduction in temperature to effectively cool any outdoor area. We can
produce this ultra-fine mist by utilizing a high-pressure pump module
which connects to your garden hose and a 110 VAC electrical outlet. It
pressurizes the water from 800-1000 PSI and forces it through an .008"
orifice in the nozzles. A misting ring is attached to the face of your
existing fan.

The Aquality Nozzleless Portable
Misting Fan was designed for users who are looking for ease of us
combined with industrial strength. The unit features a "nozzle-less
misting hub" which utilizes centrifugal force to atomize the water. This
unit will not clog and requires no filtration system or nozzles. The
unit also includes a built in 5 gallon water reservoir which will give
between 3-4 hours of cooling. The pump has an auto shut-off when tank is

Booster Pump - Provides a 1 GPM flow to the high
pressure pumping unit from storage tank. If water connection is
available, the trailer is plumbed to receive water and bypass the tank
system.
High Pressure Pumping Unit - Industrial quality,
continuous duty high pressure pump 1.1 gallon per minute, 1000 PSI, 1
HP, TEFC, 120/230, 1 PH, 50/60 HTZ electric motor, dual filtration 5
& 10 micron. Thermally protected by-pass and low pressure
shut-off switch.
Fans - 4 Shrouded Oscillating Fans mounted on
bracketed aluminum pedestals, 7,000 CFM each. Single stage 8
nozzle 316SS fan face, nozzles can be plugged or opened to compensate
for weather conditions, time of day, or necessary run time. Fan motors
are 1/4 HP , 1 PH, 120/230, 50/60 HZ. Fans are stored inside
trailer for ease of transport.
Running Time - 5.8 hours
with all stages running. Water consumption is .022 gallons per
nozzle, per minute.
Lighting - Trailer is equipped with 4 80 watt lights for
evening events.
