Mist cooling systems, also called “fogging” systems are equipped with mist nozzles or misting rings and a high pressure pump of 800-1000 psi. These misting nozzles and rings produce and dispense water droplets smaller than 10 microns (this is about 1/10th the diameter of a human hair), and when water droplets this miniscule hit warm/hot air in the immediate vicinity, they flash evaporate. Therefore, a mist cooling system can subsequently reduce the surrounding air temperature by as much as 35 degrees Fahrenheit. Aquality High-Pressure "Do It Yourself" Linear or Fan Retrofit Mist Cooling Systems

Aquality’s "Do It Yourself" (DIY) Mist Cooling System atomizes ordinary water into super fine 10-micron droplets which are flash evaporated by the surrounding hot air, causing an immediate reduction in temperature to effectively cool any outdoor area. We can produce this ultra-fine mist by utilizing a high-pressure pump module which connects to your garden hose and a 110 VAC electrical outlet. It pressurizes the water from 800-1000 PSI and forces it through an .008" orifice in the nozzles. The nozzles are spaced apart in a tube that is attached to the perimeter of your patio or in a misting ring attached to the face of your existing fan.

Standard features include: 5 Micron Water Filtration, High Pressure Open Frame Motor/Pump Combination, On/Off Switch, .008 Nozzles with Anti-Drip Check Valves.
Kit comes in 10, 25, 50, and 90 misting nozzle configurations for linear systems or 1,2,3,4, or 6 ring configurations for fan retrofit systems (larger fan retrofit systems can be quoted).
800-1000 PSI Operation, Absolutely No Wetting or Dripping, Easy to Install, uses “Push On” Fittings, no tools required, installation in approximately 1 to 3 hours (depending on system size).
Nozzles may be added or removed at your discretion.

Kit includes:  Pump module, mist nozzle tees (for linear systems) or 18" 6 Nozzle Stainless Steel Misting Rings (for fan retrofit), tubing and necessary fittings. Larger fan rings with more nozzles are available.

We have designed the Aquality Sports Sideline Cooling System with one thing in mind, to provide them with a heat rehabilitation area (typically 20-35° cooler than ambient temperature) to keep players performing at the highest level SAFELY even in the harshest climates during practice and for THE BIG GAME.

The industrial grade 1000 PSI high pressure pump system has been designed with only the highest quality components to produce the finest mist possible to achieve the maximum cooling effect without wetting. They are also built with a low-pressure water sensor so that unit can never be damaged due to being run "dry" and 5 Micron filtration to keeping nozzles clear and virtually maintenance free.  All high pressure connections for fan lines have easy to use "quick disconnect" fittings so that set-up of system can be done quickly and without the use of tools.  The 90° Oscillating Fan is a 3 Speed unit capable of producing an impressive 6,800 CFM. Oscillation can be stopped for those players needing a little extra relief.  The fans are equipped with either single stage or two stage misting rings to control the mist output. They are also outfitted with oversized rubber wheels for easy transport over uneven terrain.
