We also specialize in personal cooling systems such as cooling neck wrap, cooling vests and head wrap products. We’ve also gone one step further with the development of the XScale catalytic water conditioner. These water conditioners make maintenance of misting systems and other water using equipment a snap, keeping them free of hard water mineral deposits that can block nozzle openings and prevent proper functioning. For
all Fax or Email orders, please provide:
- your name, email address and contact phone number(s),
- billing and shipping addresses,
- item code[s] with quantity desired,
- shipping method preference (Preferred Freight Carrier
for large items, or UPS [next day, second day, 3-day,
Ground] for smaller items under 100 lbs).
Return
/ Exchange Policies:
Original
Purchase Price (less original shipping cost) will be
refunded or credited towards other items if returned in
like-new condition with original packaging within 30
days of original shipping date. Return
shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Some
items may incur up to a 25% restocking fee at the
discretion of Aquality Water Systems.
All
Returns/Exchanges MUST be accompanied by a RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and a
copy of the original purchase receipt. RMAs
must be requested by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
All returns must be received at Aquality or
other specified return location within 10 days of RMA
issuance, or refund/credit will not be issued.
Shipping
Policies:
Orders
received by Aquality Water Systems after 3:30PM
Central Standard Time may not ship out until the next
business day. Orders received over the weekend
(Saturday and Sunday) will not ship out until the next
business day. Some special order or high-demand items
(non-stock items) may require up to 5-7 working day
lead time before shipment. Customers will be contacted
by an Aquality representative via email/phone if
shipping delays are expected to confirm acceptance of
orders and determine any customer-desired changes to
the shipping method.
